<br />DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />bbpc <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />BBPC has entered into several types of compensation structures with our public sector clients. This includes lump, <br />sum, hourly, and incentive based. We are willing to work with and of these financial arrangements or in any <br />combination. We have also shown creativity in obtaining funds from third parties through incorporation of our fee (or <br />reimbursement of our fee) through developer agreements. <br /> <br />The cost estimate ranges provided by task are for a typical project that would require the preparation of three RFPs, <br />review of three proposals and negotiation of one development agreement. The actual amount of work and <br />subsequent cost will depend on the number of RFPs, submitted proposals and developer negotiations. In the <br />circumstance that BBPC must prepare additional RFPs, review additional proposals, and/or undertake additional <br />development agreement negotiations the fee would adjust to reflect addition work.
