Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Hunt, to adopt Resolution #09- <br />09 -199 adopting Findings of Fact #0854 relating to Diane and Terry Geldaker's request for a <br />variance to construct an open deck within the setback from the Ordinary High Water Mark at <br />14750 Bowers Drive NW. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cleveland, Board Members Levine, Hunt, <br />Brauer, Dunaway, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Van Scoy. <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Rogers, to approve Diane and <br />Terry Geladeker's request for a variance at 14750 Bowers Drive NW, based on the findings of <br />fact, and adopt Resolution #09 -09 -200 declaring terms of the variance. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cleveland, Board Members Levine, Rogers, <br />Brauer, Dunaway, and Hunt. Voting No: None.
