Commissioner Dunaway stated that he was concerned that choosing this level would still not ensure that there would be an adequate supply of this soil. Commissioner Rogers stated that he felt he needed more information on the matter. Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated that when approval was given for the second well in the City, water conservation was a requirement and explained that this was a step towards that. Commissioner Brauer stated that since the Commission does not have expertise in this area he felt that the Commission should trust staff opinion. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Dunaway, Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy. Case #4: Update from Ramsey Town Center Steering Committee Planning Manager Miller stated that this case would need to be held over because of the great input that had been received the previous night. She advised that the survey was also available on the website. She reported that the Committee would like to present to the Commission at the meeting next month. Case #5: Staff Update The Staff Update was noted. Commissioner Dunaway apologized for the use of the word apathetic rather than empathetic during the last meeting. Case #6: Zoning Bulletin The Zoning Bulleting was noted. OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS None. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to adjourn the meeting. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Dunaway, Cleveland, Brauer, Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy.
