Commissioner Dunaway stated that he was concerned that choosing this level would still <br />not ensure that there would be an adequate supply of this soil. Commissioner Rogers stated that <br />he felt he needed more information on the matter. Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated <br />that when approval was given for the second well in the City, water conservation was a <br />requirement and explained that this was a step towards that. Commissioner Brauer stated that <br />since the Commission does not have expertise in this area he felt that the Commission should <br />trust staff opinion. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Dunaway, <br />Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy. <br />Case #4: Update from Ramsey Town Center Steering Committee <br />Planning Manager Miller stated that this case would need to be held over because of the great <br />input that had been received the previous night. She advised that the survey was also available <br />on the website. She reported that the Committee would like to present to the Commission at the <br />meeting next month. <br />Case #5: Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Commissioner Dunaway apologized for the use of the word apathetic rather than empathetic <br />during the last meeting. <br />Case #6: Zoning Bulletin <br />The Zoning Bulleting was noted. <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />None. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion Carried.
