Councilmember <br />Attachment E <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09 -11- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A CONCRETE AND MASONRY CONTRACTING SERVICE ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15740 AZURITE CT NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />ti AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09 -11- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Curtis A. Kriens ( "Permitee ") to operate a concrete and masonry contracting service <br />in a dwelling unit and accessory structure located on the property generally known as 15740 <br />Azurite Ct NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Nature View Addition, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a concrete and masonry contracting service in a <br />dwelling unit and accessory structure (the "Home Occupation ") to operate on the Subject <br />Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed . three (3) non - resident employees unless otherwise <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will <br />utilize non - resident employees. <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 67:00 <br />a.m. to410:00 p.m. Additionally, the Pennittee shall.be allowed vehicle movements only <br />between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Vehicle movements shall be defined as <br />driving motor vehicles, as defined by City Code 9.03, for the purposes of leaving <br />towards a job site. Vehicle movements shall not include, but not limited to, loading, <br />• unloading, or operation of equipment or materials. <br />
