Councilmember Attachment E introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #09 -11- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CONCRETE AND MASONRY CONTRACTING SERVICE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15740 AZURITE CT NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT ti AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09 -11- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Curtis A. Kriens ( "Permitee ") to operate a concrete and masonry contracting service in a dwelling unit and accessory structure located on the property generally known as 15740 Azurite Ct NW and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Nature View Addition, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property ") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That this resolution shall allow for a concrete and masonry contracting service in a dwelling unit and accessory structure (the "Home Occupation ") to operate on the Subject Property. 2. That the Permittee is allowed . three (3) non - resident employees unless otherwise permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will utilize non - resident employees. 3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 67:00 a.m. to410:00 p.m. Additionally, the Pennittee shall.be allowed vehicle movements only between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Vehicle movements shall be defined as driving motor vehicles, as defined by City Code 9.03, for the purposes of leaving towards a job site. Vehicle movements shall not include, but not limited to, loading, • unloading, or operation of equipment or materials.
