2) Request for Proposals for Cul -de -Sac Snow Plowing - This is being presented as a separate case on the regular City Council Agenda 3) Dysprosium Street Improvements - Ratify the recommendation of the PW Committee and direct staff to move forward with the revision of the feasibility study pursuant to the direction given at the meeting and to review alternative assessment policies at a Council Work Session 4) Discussion Street Widths Parking Restrictions on Both Public and Private Streets - No action necessary 5) Discuss Speed Limit Modifications to Alpine and Sunwood Drive = Ratify the recommendation of the PW Committee and endorse the speed limit modifications as illustrated on the original sketch attached to the case 6) Consider No Parking Zones for Alpine Drive at Skate Park Entrance - Ratify the recommendation of the PW Committee and restrict parking along the north side of Alpine Drive from 153rd Court to the west approximately 200 to the common property line and also to the east approximately 50 to 1200 for adequate site distance. Also, restrict parking on the south side of Alpine Drive out approximately 50 to 100 in both directions from the new parking lot entrance at the skate park for better visibility Review 2010 Projects No action is required at this time since these projects will also be reviewed by the Finance committee on November 10 2009 for additional comment and then forwarded to the Council for final action 16) Report from Personnel Committee 5 00 p m 1) Appointment of Lieutenant Chief Position — Ratify the recommendation of the Personnel Committee and appoint Bart Hayft to the Lieutenant Chief Position in the Fire Department 2) Consider Ending Probationary Period for the City Engineer — Ratify the recommendation of the Personnel Committee and Adopt resolution #09 -11 -261 ending the probationary period for Assistant City Engineer Tim Himmer 17) Report from Finance Committee 1) Review Potential Capital Improvement Projects to be Undertaken in 2010 — Ratify the recommendation of the Finance Committee and approve CIP Items going forward for 2010 Motion carried.
