According to city staff, the developer will likely submit the site plan <br />for approval in late 2010. <br /> <br />In addition to the above mentioned project, Hans Hagen Homes received approval for a 140-unit <br />market rate townhome development in Blaine. Although all the site work and utilities have been <br />completed on the parcel, the developer has not moved forward with construction of the row- <br />homes.
