JAS <br />Consultants retains hundreds of resumes of professionals at all times with a diverse. range of <br />qualifications available to fulfill the City's service needs. and may be in place within one week of <br />initial request. All new placements will be accompanied by a member of the project <br />management team on the introductory day to ensure compatibility of the assignment. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey assigned Building Inspector and other support team members will be <br />supported by the extensive JAS Consultants Building & Safety team. Registered Engineers. <br />Registered Architects. Certified Building Officials, Certified Master Code Officials. Certified Plans <br />Examiners. Certified Building Inspectors, Certified Code Enforcement Officer and Certified <br />Permit Technicians make up our diverse and knowledgeable team. <br /> <br />In addition the JAS Consultants team maintains memberships in numerous ICC chapters <br />throughout Iowa. Nebraska and Illinois; with several staff members serving on key committees <br />and boards within all three jurisdictions. With this network in place. our Building Officials. <br />Inspectors. Examiners and Technicians have an extensive set of connections to answer and <br />solve any complex issues or concerns that may arise. The City of Ramsey can remain confident <br />that any issues will be handled with the most up to date Building & Safety information and <br />knowledge. <br /> <br />JAS Consultants is able to meet all requirements as described in the scope of services without <br />the participation of additional consultants or sub-consultants. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey shall not incur additional costs for project management, administration of <br />labor and/or accounting with JAS Consultants. All fees documented will represent the provision <br />of qualified consultants on an hourly. as-needed basis. <br /> <br />Transportation shall be provided for our inspectors and officers when vehicles are not available. <br /> <br />13 <br />
