'" .~ <br /> <br />. <br />BUILDING INSPECTION AND RELATED SERVICES <br />COST OF SERVICES AND BilLING METHOD <br /> <br />Rum River Construction Consultants will provide the services outlined in this proposal at <br />an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour for each hour worked. <br /> <br />In addition to the hourly rate for all scheduled inspections and/or required meetings, <br />RRCC will charge the City of Ramsey travel time one way from its Princeton office at a <br />rate of $45.00 per hour. <br /> <br />Transportation accommodations will be provided by RRCC. <br /> <br />OUT OF SCOPE WORK <br />Inspections required outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 <br />p.m.) will be billed at a rate of $65.00 per hour worked with a two hour minimum. In <br />addition to the hourly rate for all inspections outside of normal business hours, RRCC <br />will charge the City of Ramsey travel time one way from its Princeton office at a rate of <br />$45.00 per hour. <br /> <br />Any additional work not included in this proposal will be billed at a rate of $45.00/hour. <br />All additional work not included in this proposal requiring RRCC to travel onsite or to the <br />Municipal Center will result in a charge of travel time one way from its Princeton office at <br />a rate of $45.00 per hour. <br /> <br />BILLING METHOD <br />RRCC will bill the City of Ramsey on a monthly cycle with Net 30 terms. <br /> <br />- 10- <br />
