Building Permit and Inspection <br />Services (BP&IS) is a company that is founded on education, and qualifications with a <br />college and technical back ground, professional certifications, and 20 years of <br />experience in building construction, building code and zoning code enforcement. My <br />training and experience includes administration of the Minnesota State Building Code, <br />State Fire Code, permit plan reviews and combination field inspections including FEMA <br />flood regulations and city zoning ordinance enforcement. <br /> <br />Through this experience I have developed an appreciation for fair and ethical practices <br />including a clear communication technique when addressing code issues. I will be <br />available to service your jurisdiction Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and on call <br />basis as needed, to assist the building official, home owners, and building contractors for <br />permit and inspection services.
