Nelson, Deputy City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The 2010 Minnesota Legislature will convene on February 4,2010. During the past year, <br />several local issues have been discussed in which State legislative assistance may be of <br />help. The purpose of this item is to identify any issues the City wants to pursue <br />legislatively, and to schedule a work session meeting with Senator Jungbauer and <br />Representative Abeler to discuss their support.
