<br />~ <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Consider 2010 Strategic Planning <br />Session <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, Deputy City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In 2009, (February 11 & 12), the City staff and City Council met for two evening <br />sessions to review progress towards goals and to make revisions to the City's strategic <br />action plan. It is recommended that the City Council again have a strategic planning <br />session sometime in January 2010. Given the fact that the present Council and staff are <br />well familiar with the current priorities and issues, it is recommended that one evening in <br />January be devoted to this effort.
