<br />Commissioner Dunaway stated that if contractor type businesses keep coming before the <br />Commission for a home occupation permit, he would like some guidance on how the <br />Commission should review them. <br /> <br />Chairperson VanScoy stated that construction is not excluded in the ordinance and some <br />guidelines and perimeters for what is appropriate in the residential district would be nice to have. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated the intent of the ordinance was to allow more flexibility and <br />administrative review of home occupations, which we did not have in the past. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulleting was noted, <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mo!ion by Chairperson Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to adjourn the meetmg. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
