<br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #09-10-XXX Authorizing a Request for Proposals for <br />Building Inspections <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone asked ifth.e City was making a requirement under item no. 2. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson responded she had not received a clear direction regarding <br />. this issue, but staffwas estimating it would take 15-19 hours of inspection time per week. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he was opposed to window permit installation and he was <br />asking for additional clarification. . <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich responded staffwas looking into this. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution <br />#09-10-246 Authorizing a Request for Proposals for Building Inspections Services. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Wise, Elvig, and <br />Look. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Jeffrey. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />1) RTC Steering Committee Update <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson updated Council on the RYC Steering Committee. <br /> <br />2) November 3 City Council Work Session <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey stated there would be no Council Work Session on November 3 du~ to the Anoka <br />Hennepin School District Election. <br /> <br />3). .
