In the <br />MUSA area, vehicles and/or equipment shall continue to meet the 75% screening <br />requirement that currently exists in code. This is done primarily by fencing or mature <br />landscaping 'alrea~y in place. Tarps are not considered screening. <br /> <br />. At no time shall a motor vehicle or equipment be parked such that any portion of the <br />motor vehicle or equipment extends into a sidewalk or trail, as these are considered <br />public right of ways. <br /> <br />.
