<br />ORDINANCE #09- . <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.11.08 (RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />OFF-STREET PARKING) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> <br />TheCity of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />. SECTION 2 REPEAL AND AMEND <br /> <br />Section 9.11,08 of the Ramsey City Code is hereby repealed and replaced with the following <br />text: <br /> <br />9~11.08 <br /> <br />. Residential Development Off-Street Parking <br /> <br />Subd. 1. General Provisions <br /> <br />a. In any Residential District, inside parking of licensed andlor unlicensed <br />motor vehicles and equipment, in any number, commercial or private, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. In any Residential District, outside parking of any motor vehicle(s) andlor <br />recreational equipment is subiett to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.. Number of Items <br /> <br />(a) Six (6) items allows for outdoor storage and parking on <br />parcels less than two (2) acres in size. <br /> <br />(b) Eight (8) items allowed for outdoor storage and parking on <br />parcels between two (2) and 4.99 acres in size. <br /> <br />(c) Ten (10) items allowed for outdoor storage and parking on <br />. parcels five (5) acres or greater in size. <br /> <br />(d) Items stored or. parked separate from other items shall <br />count as one (1) item each: multiple items stored or parked <br /> <br />34 <br />
