<br />6. That the Subject Property is zoned R-I RuralDeveloping. <br /> <br />7. That the adjacent properties are also zoned R-l Rural Dev:eloping. . <br /> <br />8. That the Subject Property consists of approximately 3.25 acres, containing a fenced area <br />100 feet by 100 feet square and also has a privacy fence screening the property from St. <br />Francis Blvd. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant is proposing to maintain six (6) dogs on the Subject Property including <br />one (1) German Shepherd, one (1) Doberman/German Shepherd mix, and two (2) Alaskan <br />Huskies that belong to the Applicant and two (2) additional German Shepherds that.belong <br />to. a potential roommate of the Applicant, Mr. Swinton. <br /> <br />10. Thatthe Applicant has licensed his four dogs with the City, and copies of the licenses are <br />. herein attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />11. That Mr. Swinton will also need to have his dogs licensed with the City. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use wilVwill not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use wilVwill not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use wilVwill not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use wilVwill not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br />as highways and streets. . <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use wilVwill not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it wilVwill not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the community. <br /> <br />18.
