<br />Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-07-141 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF A PUBLIC WORKS PARKS <br />MAINTANANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Works Parks Maintenance Worker has submitted a letter of resignation <br />effective July 17, 2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has requested authorization accept the resignation and to begin <br />evaluating the needs in the Parks Divisions. Staff would then provide a recommendation to the <br />City Council at a future meeting regarding whether and how to fill the Parks Maintenance <br />Worker Position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1). Accepts staff's recommendation to accept the resignation of the Public Works Parks <br />Maintenance Worker and direct staff to begin evaluating the needs in the Parks Division. <br />Staff would then provide a recommendation to the City Council at a future meeting <br />regarding whether and how to fill the Parks Maintenance Worker Position. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ' <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />
