~

Description of the Company
Since its inception in 1993, Infinite Campus started to develop software for the education sector. This
software helps school districts manage student data such as attendance, grades, assignments,
communications, enrollment, graduation planning, health, assessments, learning plans and special
education. The software helps the district office with their state reporting requirements, provides
information to be used for data driven decision making and communication with parents/guardians.
States use Infinite Campus for accountability to the federal department of education including federal
reporting. The original version was launched in 1996 at the Centennial School District in Blaine.

In 2002, after the passage of the No Child Left Behind Act and the need for accurate data, the state of
South Dakota's Department of Education asked Infinite Campus to demonstrate its system. The state
had originally intended to purchase a solution for each district. But after understanding their needs,
Infinite Campus suggested that the state use Infinite Campus as its statewide system including special
education and implement it in each of its districts. Today Infinite Campus is used in five statewide
implementations including South Dakota, Montana, Kentucky, Maine and by the Bureau of Indian
Education.

With the move to its new $20 million corporate headquarters in Blaine in August 2008, Infinite Campus
added an additional 100 new employees to its roster. Today they have 275 employees delivering its
solutions and services in 43 states being used by more than 1,900 school districts, 9,600 schools and 4.2
million students.

Infinite Campus is getting ready to launch the third major version of its software called G3. The first
generation of the system gave educators the capability to track an amazing amount of information
about students, teachers and the learning activities they participate in. The second generation added
the ability to share this information with states and other districts. This third generation will allow
individualized instruction a reality.

Many organizations have already tried this. Infinite Campus is planning to add advanced scheduling and
lesson planning to the mix. Scheduling will put the right student with the right teacher based on the
student's learning plan and the teacher's professional development plan. The lesson planner will
recommend relevant learning activities for the teacher to use. All of this will be done using advanced
data mining techniques that gain intelligence using their rich national dataset.

Reason for ReC02nition
Besides employing over 275 people, demonstrating its incredible growth, and investing in the north
metro with their new corporate headquarters, Infinite Campus is also part of the community.

Last December, they hosted the Prime Time MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce event in their facility.
More than 100 people attended visiting the booths in their building's atrium, taking tours of the building
and enjoying a nice snack buffet and beverages. Infinite Campus is an active member of the MetroNorth
Chamber.

Infinite Campus works closely with the community, especially the Blaine and Centennial School Districts,
since it is where the company was founded. Financial considerations are given to the Centennial Schools
