Consisting of 64,000 sf, it is an urban gesture within the newly <br />formed town center district. In an effort to bring together a sense of flowing government <br />process, the police station and city hall house this facility. <br /> <br />A one-story Police Department wing which includes offices, holding facilities, locker rooms, <br />and support spaces, and an enclosed squad garage. A portion of this wing is designed to <br />accommodate a second story. <br /> <br />The new two-story City Hall wing which includes city offices, a council meeting room and <br />support spaces. A portion of this wing 'is designed to accommodate a third story, Using the <br />LEED process as a guideline, sustainable design features are incorporated. This provides a <br />balance of economic, environmental and societal benefits through the use of materials, ori- <br />entation, planning and energy efficiency. <br /> <br />BKV <br /> <br />GROUP <br />
