UnitedHealth Group is an international Minnesota-based healthcare benefits provider
with offices nationwide. Graybow.Communications Group (GCG)has been the
preferred audiovisual provider for UnitedHealth Group since 1997.

Opus Center
Corporate Headquarters and Conference Center
Minnetonka, Minnesota

The Conference Center has six training/ conference rooms. Two of these rooms can be
combined to create one large room. Each room is equipped with a ceiling mounted NEC
XGA data/video projector, Draper tab-tensioned screens, and an audio system. AMX
remote control systems are used to operate the audiovisual equipment in each room.
Five of the six rooms also have lines for videoconferencing.

A GCG technician works on-site to provide technical support and equipment
maintenance. This technician also assists the conference center staff in facilitating
meetings, scheduling conference space, and coordinating videoconferences.

The Executive Boardroom
The aesthetics of this room are
strongly driven by the high quality
millwork from the conference table
to the completely enclosed media
wall. It was GCG's challenge to
provide a highly sophisticated A V
system that does not overwhelm the
room but blends quietly into the
background.

A 100" diagonal Glasfireâ„¢ E-cube
and an NEC data/video projector
provide rear projection. Twenty-two
separate computer interfaces, built
into the conference table, allow
board members to make presentations without leaving their seats.

~
;:J
o
~
{j

r:./"J
Z
o
l-4
E-t
<
U
l-4
Z
;:J
~
~
o
u
~
o
~
~
~
L'
