We are especially enthusiastic about your project and believe we <br />have excellent similar experience providing remodel services for Hennepin County, City of Shorewood, . <br />City of East Bethel, City of Hopkins and many others. <br /> <br />We are currently collaborating with the City of West St. Paul and Dakota County on their new Maintenance <br />and Fleet Storage Facilities. This project is a great example of our ability to manage the design process <br />with multiple stakeholders with separate operational and programmatic issues. <br /> <br />Additionally, we have a very talented interior design group that are experts at working with existing <br />interior space and crafting unique design solutions. Their experience includes many municipal, county <br />educational and private projects. They understand the complexities of working in existing occupied <br />space and the need to maintain access during remodel process. <br /> <br />We appreciate your consideration of our team for this undertaking and assure you of our personal <br />attention and commitment of the full resources of our firm to this endeavor.
