<br />SHOREWOOD CITY HALL <br />SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />The goal of the Shorewood City Hall <br />addition and renovation project was to <br />improve the buildings basic deficiencies as <br />well as its functional and aesthetic needs. <br /> <br />The City of Shorewood selected <br />Collaborative Design Group to conduct a <br />space needs analysis for their City Hall. <br />COG concluded that the expanding the <br />current building was the most economical <br />option for the city. <br /> <br />The existing 5,000 square foot office bu ilding <br />was transformed, making it a building that <br />memorializes the City of Shorewood. The <br />renovation of the existing space and 1,700 <br />square foot addition included a fresh new <br />look for the building entrance, upgrades to <br />the building life safety systems and ADA <br />compliance, as well as internal changes <br />that will ensure the City Hall will perform <br />well into the future <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
