Link, Vice President <br /> <br />Scope of Work to be Provided: <br />Dave will work closely with the team in obtaining pricing <br />information, taking off quantities from conceptual, schematic, <br />design development and contract documents, surveying the locale <br />of the project to acquire information such as bidding climate, and <br />then use that information to assist in the development of bidding <br />strategies which will result in cost effective bids. He will then <br />compile this information and provide computerized cost reports <br />for submission to the City of Ramsey and Anoka County.
