Link - Construction Manager, Owner Representative <br />Dave Link's experience in the industry began when he was 16 years <br />old working in the field as an apprentice. Today, Dave serves as <br />Vice President of SourceGroup where his responsibilities involve <br />over-seeing SourceGroup's day-to-day business operations as well <br />as providing leadership and guidance on each project they have in <br />development. <br /> <br />An immense amount of planning must be completed to insure the <br />highest safety standards and operational efficiencies are maintained <br />during a facility expansion and/or renovation. Eric Gabrielson, Project Manager, Owner representative <br /> <br />Eric Gabrielson's experience in the construction industry spans close <br />to 20 years and encompasses both the residential and commercial <br />fields. Eric makes it a priority to stay informed. Currently, he is <br />studying to acquire his LEED certification. <br /> <br />Eric will be responsible for coordinating, managing and supervising <br />the the development of cost estimates associated with the proposed <br />design solution. He will execute each requirement in a productive <br />and timely manner. His commitment to detail and precession ensures <br />the success of this project. Eric will coordinate and supervise all <br />subcontractors.
