The 6,415 sq. ft. space was required the design <br />of new access corridors, and new communications and electrical <br />equipment rooms to provide power, telecom and network services <br />to the DASC suite as well as the future expansion space available. <br />The architectural design incorporated many necessary security <br />measures which include space for an on-site officer, bullet proof <br />glass, security doors to the office space, full monitoring and escape <br />routes. <br /> <br />The interior design concept was centered around providing a <br />welcoming, comfortable, and safe facility to victims seeking services <br />to enable them to overcome domestic abuse.
