Developing consensus among the residents was a <br />challenge with regard to this project. Therefore, the team developed <br />many design options all of which needed to be cost estimated <br />and presented to the resident group for approval. SourceGroup <br />provided the cost estimates associated with each design option, and <br />ultimately was selected as the low bidder to complete construction <br />of the selected option <br /> <br />This project required an enormous amount of coordination and <br />concensus building, not only with the residents and building <br />management, but also involvement with the City of Edina as well as <br />coordination with HUD. <br /> <br /> <br />Seating Area Near Front Entry . <br /> <br />City of 'Ramsey, MN · Municipal Center Remodel <br />
