<br />TIF PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The purpose of these proposed modifications is to amend the budgets and land identified for acquisition in the <br />TIF plans for each of the following districts: <br /> <br />Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.1 <br />Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.2 <br />Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.4 <br /> <br />The Parcels to Be Acquired are listed in Section 0 of each of the respective original TIF Plans and all <br />alnendmentsthereafter <br /> <br />The TIF budgets (Project Costs) are listed within Section Q of each of the respective original TIF Plans and all <br />the amendments thereafter. <br /> <br />It is not the intention of this amendment to modify TIF District boundaries (see attached maps). Boundaries for <br />the three referenced TIF Districts shall remain unchanged. The boundary for Municipal Development District <br />No.1 shall also remain unchanged: Reference the original TIF Documents for PID #'s and legal descriptions. <br /> <br />The Document shall become a supplement to the Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax <br />Increment Financing dated December 14, 1999 for District Nos. 1,2,4, and 6, the Amendment to Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No.2 dated April 24, 2001; the Amendment to <br />the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1,2,4 and 6 adopted June 24, <br />2003, the Amended and Restated Budget to the Tax Increment Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No.4 <br />dated January 6, 2006 and the Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos.!, 2 and 4 dated December 9, 2008. Only the sections referenced throughout this document are to <br />be considered amended and intended to replace and clarify the respective existing sections <br />
