Based on the type and scope of work <br />involved, we assign a team of design consultants wfth experience suited to this project. After <br />examining all aspects of the assignment, we will blend practicality with innovation to translate <br />the clients unique needs into a creative, functional, cost-effective solution, resulting in a more <br />productive and therefore profitable environment. <br /> <br />The CMA staff involved in this submittal have the qualifications necessary to provide quality <br />performance of the AlE services required for the City of Ramsey's project that includes <br />experience working on projects in the City. CMA has a goal to provide superior and <br />extraordinary service to each client, and we succeed. Our design team has experience working <br />on a variety of projects with governmental, commercial and retail clients. Through our <br />experience with multiple project types, we have developed a thorough understanding of the <br />need for good communication, facility flexibility and planning for future needs. CMA has had <br />great success on past projects in our ability to control costs, in our work quality, and our <br />compliance with project schedules. <br /> <br />Technology <br />Our design team capabilities embrace the most current CADD technology featuring AutoCAD <br />"Release 2009" along with Microstation VB.5; and we are executing projects using Revit. CMA <br />also can provide Specifications in CSI format that are MS Word compatible using SpecLink <br />software. <br /> <br />Primary Individuals on the CMA Team <br />The staffing composition of CMA's Minnesota office, in which the work will be performed, <br />includes 5 Architects, 10 CAD Technicians and 5 Administrative personnel. The Minnesota <br />office personnel also includes 4 LEED Accredited Professionals. The following list includes our <br />key designers and project managers and consultant personnel. These individuals are qualified <br />by education, registration, and specialized experience in their respective fields: <br /> <br />CMA (Architecture) <br />· Patrick Blees, AlA - Principal Architect, Registered Architect in 36 states, 27 years <br />experience. <br />· Jesse Ludewig - Senior Project Manager, 13 years experience. <br />· DJ Heinle, AlA - Senior Project Manager, 9 years experience. <br />· Charla Evenson, LEED Accredited Professional, 9 years experience. <br />· Other CMA staff including Architects, Project Managers, Drafters, and Administrative <br />Personnel. <br /> <br />Graybow Communications Group (Audio I Visual Design) <br />· John Mylrea - Senior Account Executive <br />
