" <br /> <br />Registration Deadlines <br />Register and submit a photo by March 31, 2010 to receive <br />your badge in the mail. No badges will be mailed without <br />a photo. Registrants who pay the member rate must be a <br />member in good standing on March 31 to retain that rate <br />and receive a badge in the mail. All Convention and Spouse <br />Program badges will be mailed at the end of April. <br /> <br />December 3, 2009 <br />Early Bird Registration reduced below 2009 fee. <br />Members save $65 off the advance registration fee, <br /> <br />March 31, 2010 <br />Register and submit a photo by deadline to receive <br />your convention badge in the mail. <br /> <br />April 30, 2010 <br />Deadline to pre-register before arriving in Las Vegas. After badges are mailed, <br />" the original registrant's badge must be returned at time of <br />transfer. You rnay cancel your registration up to March 31, <br />2010 and receive a refund. All cancellations will be subject <br />to a $25 fee and must be received by ICSC in writing. <br />No refunds will be issued after March 31.
