LLC. - Construction is underway for this 20,000 s.f. <br />manufacturing project. <br /> <br />Business Grand Openings: None scheduled but should keep Acapulco, US Bank and JBT & <br />QDP Alliance on watch. <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: Business Network Meeting was held on October 6th in <br />the Alexander Ramsey Room. Commissioner McElroy made a brief presentation and answered <br />all questions presented. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Projects <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />6590 141 st Avenue: . Staffis continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Veteran's Administration proiect: The Ramsey HRA chose JE Dunn to work with the city on the <br />V A proposal. The V A continues to narrow the possible sites and Ramsey Town Center is still in <br />play. The Next step in this process is to formally submit the development team to the V A. Final <br />plans are to be submitted by January 4. <br /> <br />Allina Clinic: Allina is proposing to build a 28,500 S.F. clinic in Ramsey Town Center. This <br />'project is proposed to be on the Northwest comer of Sun wood and Ramsey Boulevard. This new <br />project should bring some added energy to Town Center this upcoming year. <br /> <br />Hwy'47/16ih Commercial Node: TlF Analysis is complete. See case #3. <br /> <br />59 <br />
