<br />Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-12-278 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2010 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes <br />Licenses and Permits <br />Intergovernmental Revenues <br />Charges for Services <br />Fines and Forfeitures <br />Other Revenues- <br />Interest Earnings <br />Miscellaneous <br />Other Financing Sources <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$ 7,034,194 <br />400,250 <br />283,100 <br />700,451 <br />120,000 <br /> <br />150,000 <br />45,000 <br />965.046 <br />$ 9.698.041 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government <br />Public Safety <br />Public Works <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Contingency <br />Other Financing Uses <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> <br />$ 2,550,991 <br />4,111,497 <br />1,834,009 <br />880,895 <br />68,002 <br />252.647 <br />$9.698.041 <br /> <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 28, <br />2009. <br />3) That all contractual agreements contained within the 2010 General Fund Budget will be <br />considered ratified. <br />4) <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Look and upon vote being taken thereon, the foUowing voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Look <br />
