The topic is to address a vari~nce to build an accessory structure at 5161 156th Lane NW. <br /> <br />My wife, Gail A. Dean and self, Donald E. Dean, reside to the north of this site at 5175 157th Lane NW. <br />The current location of Mark and Mary Hilliard's accessory building is far preferable to thealternate site <br />proposed by thecity. The alternate site becomes obtrusive to the aesthetics of the back yards. The <br />current site is indiscernible from our vantage point and minimally visible from the street when foliage is <br />held by the under-story trees. <br /> <br />We have no objections to it being finished in its current location. <br /> <br />.
