<br />CASE # J <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING (Continued) <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING NEARER <br />THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AT 5161156tb LANE.NW; <br />CASE OF MARK HILLIARD <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the December 3, 2009 Board of Adjustment, action regarding the request for a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure at 5161 156tb Ln NW was tabled <br />for additional information at the request of the Board. The Applicant has been working with Staff since the <br />December meeting to accommodate the requests of the Board. The Applicant has stated additional time is <br />necessary to address all of the items referenced in the DRAFT Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes dated <br />December ~, 2009. Since the Public Hearing was continued until the January Board of Adjustment, the Board <br />will need to continue the Public Hearing again until the February Board of Adjustment Meeting. Per the 60-day <br />extension, the City has until March 2, 2010 to accommodate all potential official actions by the City. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends tabling action and continuing the Public Hearing until the February Board of <br />Adjustment Meeting. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion to table action regarding the request for a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure and continue the Public Hearing until the February Board of <br />Adjustment Meeting. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />.
