Sewer service will be extended when sewer lines are available. The water connection payment is <br />a transfer to the parJc for placement of the water tower. . <br /> <br />The project is estimated at $500,000. $250,00 is intended to represent the city's share of a proposed joint project with a philanthropic group. <br />Care:9.ll design consideration will berequired to ensure that the building will meet all of the community needs.
