This project may entail the donation of the land in exqhange for passive improvements such as <br />trails, icnic areas or fishing. <br /> <br />Justification <br /> <br />The associations would beI).efit by realizing these amenities near their homes. The $20,000 expense represents an estimate for real-estate <br />transaction costs, and erha s ark lanning to romote the donation.
