The funds were for the operation of two commuter coach buses (57 passenger) that will provide four - a.m, and four. p.m. peak express service from Ramsey Town Center to Minneapolis. The TIP has the project listed as follows: Year 2009 Year 2010 Year 2011 CM-05-10AC1 CM-05-10AC2 CM-05-10AC3 Federal Match Local Match $408,518 $416,300 $416,300 $1,241,118 $ 310,279 The Ramsey Star Express bus operation began in January 2007. The CMAQ funds for operating assistance are limited to three years (ends January 2010).
