NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as folYows: <br />1. That the City Council is in support of establishing the Ramsey Town Center Steering <br />Committee. <br />2. That the City Councilmembers serving on this Committee will be Elvig, Jeffrey and Wise and <br />the EDA Members will be LeTourneau and Williams. <br />3. That the three resident and/or business owners serving on this Committee will be Brad Lano, <br />Will Thompson, and Gary Sauer. , <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wise, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 11 ~' day of August, 2009 <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-172 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
