Attachment A <br />Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #HRA 10-01-001 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY-TREASURER FOR THE <br />RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA) TO DELEGATE <br />CERTAIN DUTIES TO CITY STAFF AND CONSULTANTS. <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-03- <br />072 to establish a Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 22, 2005, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 469, the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution #HRA-OS-03-001 to <br />establish by-laws by which it shall be governed; and <br />WHEREAS, the HRA By-Laws require election of officers annually; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board appointed as Chair, as Vice-Chair, and <br />_ as Secretary/Treasurer for the calendar year 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the HRA By-Laws state that with a majority approval of the Board of <br />Commissioners, the Secretary-Treasurer may delegate duties to City Staff and/or consultants. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The Secretary-Treasurer for the Ramsey HRA is herein authorized to delegate the <br />following duties: <br />a) Recording of meeting minutes to the City Clerk or his/her designee. <br />b) Custody and maintenance of HRA funds to the City's Finance Officer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
