<br />Attachment A <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #10-_ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE XIV ~~RENT AL RESIDENTIAL DWELLING <br />UNITS" OF CHAPTER TWENTY SIX OF CITY CODE <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Article 14 (Rental Residential Dwelling Units) of Chapter 26 of City Code is hereby repealed in <br />its entirety. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordina.nce # 1 0-_ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Ordinance #10-_ eliminates the rental licensing regulations from City Code. These regulations <br />in general required a rental license and inspections for all rental dwelling units within the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 3.9. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 26th day of January, 2010. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
