<br />ARTICLE XIV. RENTAL RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />Page 3 of3 <br /> <br />Sec. 26-652. Posting license. <br /> <br />Every licensee of a residential rental facility containing three or more dwelling units shall cause <br />to be conspicuously posted in the main entryway or other conspicuous location therein the current <br />license for the dwelling, Every licensee of a single occupancy facility shall provide to the occupant of <br />the dwelling unit, a certified copy of the current license for the dwelling, <br /> <br />(Code 1978, 9 7.15, subd. 8; Ord, No, 03-26, 8-25-2003) <br /> <br />Sec. 26-653. License not transferable. <br /> <br />No license shall be transferable to another person or to another rental dwelling or rental dwelling <br />unit. Every person holding a license shall give notice in writing to the city within ten business days after <br />having legally transferred or otherwise disposed of the legal control of any licensed rental dwelling. <br />Such notice shall include the name and address of the person succeeding to the ownership or control <br />of such rental dwelling or dwellings, <br /> <br />(Code 1978, 9 7.15, subd. 9; Ord.
