Associate Planner Gladhill stated the conditional use permit runs with the property and
exchanges through property owners. For a home occupation permit the home owner has to have
ownership in the property and the business. This prevents it from being operated as an off~site
business, The home occupation permit is specific to an area and business; the use and who runs
it. The size of this property is 9.3 acres; the allowable accessory space is 5100 square feet.
There are a total of three accessory structures on the property totaling 6, 380 square feet, which
gives this an overage of approximately 1300 square feet.
