Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 1, 2005 the EDA (the "Landlord") entered into a Lease Agreement to lease the building <br />located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW to the City of Ramsey. City Staff has been in negotiations <br />with the Anoka County License Bureau to sub lease 2660 square feet on the first floor~ The. <br />proposed terms a.nd conditions of the lease are attached in the Letter of Intent (the "LOI") dated' <br />October 29,2009. <br /> <br />Article XI of the Lease Agreement between the City of Ramsey and the EDA requires that the . <br />Landlord, Insurer and Tmstee to issue written consent to any assignment or subleasing of the <br />building.' Staff is asking the EDA to Consent to the sub-lease with the Anoka County License <br />Bureau and to authorize the Chair and Vice Chair to execute a consent document approved by <br />the. City Attorney.
