The Developer is moving forward and identifying financing <br />for the project. This project has the potential to be the initiator of the creation of a small <br />industrial park located on the former B & A Cylinder site adjacent to the City Public <br />Works campus. This project will be asking for utilization of the revolving loan tl.md. <br /> <br />JBT & QDP Alliance, LLC. - Construction is underway for this 20)000 s.f. <br />manufacturing project. <br /> <br />Business Grand Openint!s: None scheduled but should keep Acapulco, US Bank and JBT & <br />QDP Alliance on watch. <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: 2010 Business Appreciation Day and Expo planning <br />forthcoming. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Proiects <br /> <br />5175 14211d Avenue NW: Staff is continuing to market this property. No interest. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br />6590 141st Avenue: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Veteran's Administration proiect: The City worked with JE Dunn and Landform to complete the <br />submittal package for the VA project and submitted it on January 4,2010. Now we wait for a <br />response. <br /> <br />Allina Clinic: Allina is proposing to build a 28,500 S.F. clinic in Ramsey Town Center. This <br />project is proposed to be. on the Northwest corner of Sunwood and Ramsey Boulevard. This new <br />project should bring some added energy to Town Center this upcoming year.
