<br />Councilmember Elvig noted this was ail internal City street and the City could do what they <br />wanted to do with it. He indicated Public Works had discussed this and it was decided to <br />recommend a total reconstruction. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if they should narrow Dysprosium down considering what the City might <br />be forced to do with Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson noted Dysprosium was wide enough for two lanes in each <br />direction, but the City was not going to put in two lanes. He indicated there might be slightly <br />less capacity being narrower, but not substantially. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey stated the City might want to consider keeping Dsyprosium wide and not narrow <br />it down. He suggested putting pressure on the County. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated when there was added capacity put on Highway #47; it was <br />more detrimental to Anoka's property owners than it was to Ramsey's property owners. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wise suggested having a joint meeting with Anoka Council before any money <br />was. spent. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated this has been going on for so long and wondered how long the City <br />should wait when the road was in disrepair. <br /> <br />The Council's consensus was to discuss this further at a future meeting. <br /> <br />3) Consider Amendments to Brookfield First Second and Third Additions <br />Development Agreements and Amendments to the Related Water and Sanitary <br />Sewer Cost ContributionlReimbursement Agreement <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed his report. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson summarized the issues with the trail access. <br /> <br />Bill Dorn, representing 21 st Century Bank, noted they have been working on this since April and <br />they had six major issues to be resolved. <br /> <br />The consensus was to accept trail easement resolution as described. <br /> <br />Mr. Dom summarized the homeowner's association issues. Henoted the association would be <br />fixed, as the ba~ still owned the majority of the lots. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended the Council accept the Settlement Agreement, which was <br />a standard agreement. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich summarized the SewerlW ater Agreement. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session I December 8, 2009 <br />Page 3 of6 <br />
