<br />HRA BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Discuss Ramsey Town Center Potential Land Sales <br /> <br />Closed discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Look, seconded by Commissioner Jeffrey, to adjourn the closed <br />seSSIOn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Look, Jeffrey, Elvig, <br />McGlone, Ramsey and Wise. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Chairperson Dehen reconvened the regular meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Lazan presented the development team meeting minutes from November 10,2009. <br /> <br />Commissioner Look expressed concern with all of the staff time involved in the development <br />team meetings. He asked if it was always necessary that all of these staff attended all of the <br />meetings. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich agreed Diana Lund probably did not need to attend, but the rest of the <br />staff did have contact with developers so it was a good idea that those staff were in attendance. <br /> <br />Commissioner Look did not believe the City should have multiple players dealing with multiple <br />developers. He indicated these meetings cost substantial money due to all of the staff involved. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated this issue would be added to tomorrow's development team <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ramsey asked if staff time should be charged to the HRA or somehow tracked. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated this would also be added to tomorrow's development team <br />agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated he would report back on the budget for the trips. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority / November 17, 2009 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
