(f) <br />(2) snowmobiles and an empty trailer on the ground are <br />three (3) items; two (2) snowmobiles on a trailer are one (1) <br />item). <br />(e) Items that will count towards the number restriction <br />include, but are not limited to, the following examples: <br />motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, <br />canoes, snowmobiles, jet -skis, all terrain vehicles, go -carts, <br />motocross bikes, motorcycles, fish houses, and other <br />recreational equipment and self - propelled vehicles. <br />EXCEPTIONS: Items that will not count towards the <br />number restriction include those items typically seen as <br />accessory to a residential use. Examples would be <br />lawnmowers, garden tractors and attachments, bicycles, <br />wheelbarrows, play structures, stepladders, and other items <br />used for routine home and lawn maintenance. <br />(g) Increase in the number of items will be allowed through an <br />administrative zoning permit at the discretion of the Zoning <br />Administrator if the applicant can demonstrate a higher <br />number of drivers, topographical issues on the lot or other <br />practical difficulties. <br />2. Location and Setbacks <br />(a) On parcels less than two (2) acres in size: <br />(1) Items, including motor vehicles and equipment, <br />stored outdoors shall be stored closer to the <br />principal structure than the lot lines. Items shall be <br />required to meet all other setbacks in the underlying <br />and/or overlay zoning district. <br />(b) On parcels two (2) acres or greater: <br />(1) Motor vehicles stored or parked in a side or rear <br />yard shall maintain a fifteen (15) foot setback from <br />the of the parking surface to the lot line. <br />(2) Equipment stored in the side or rear yard shall <br />maintain a setback of fifteen (15) feet from the lot <br />lines. <br />
