HRA BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Discuss Ramsey Town Center Potential Land Sales <br />Closed discussion. <br />Motion by Commissioner Look, seconded by Commissioner Jeffrey, to adjourn the closed <br />session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Look, Jeffrey, Elvig, <br />McGlone, Ramsey and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />Chairperson Dehen reconvened the regular meeting. <br />Mr. Lazan presented the development team meeting minutes from November 10, 2009. <br />Commissioner Look expressed concern with all of the staff time involved in the development <br />team meetings. He asked if it was always necessary that all of these staff attended all of the <br />meetings. <br />City Administrator Ulrich agreed Diana Lund probably did not need to attend, but the rest of the <br />staff did have contact with developers so it was a good idea that those staff were in attendance. <br />Commissioner Look did not believe the City should have multiple players dealing with multiple <br />developers. He indicated these meetings cost substantial money due to all of the staff involved. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated this issue would be added to tomorrow's development team <br />agenda. <br />Commissioner Ramsey asked if staff time should be charged to the HRA or somehow tracked. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated this would also be added to tomorrow's development team <br />agenda.
