MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGN GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS <br /> <br />7. Mix <br /> <br />b. Design Guidelines and <br /> Standards <br /> <br />i. Minimum Number of <br /> Amenities Required. Multi- <br /> family developments shall <br /> incorporate recreational <br /> amenities from the list in <br /> subsection ii. below in the <br /> following amounts: <br /> <br /> (a) Multi-family <br /> developments with less <br /> than 25 dwelling units: <br /> 1 amenity; <br /> <br /> (b) Multi-family <br /> <br />Fi~utv 7--Mu/ti fami~, deve/o/~ments shall incorporate reo'eationa/ <br />at#em'ties, such as this smi###i~ pool, into the overall desigtt. <br /> <br /> developments with 25 to 150 dwelling units: 2 amenities; and <br /> <br /> (c) Multi-family developments with more than 150 dwelling units: 3 <br /> amenities. <br /> <br /> ii. Allowable Recreational Amenities: <br /> (a) Swimming pool. <br /> <br /> (b) Golf course. <br /> <br /> (c) Resident clubhouse. <br /> <br /> (d) Two (2) tot lots with a minimum size of five-hundred square feet (500') <br /> per lot. <br /> <br /> (e) Basketball, volleyball, or other sport court. <br /> <br /> (0 Two (2) picnic areas, with a minimum size of five-hundred square feet <br /> (500') per area, and including a minimum of two (2) picnic tables and <br /> one (1) barbeque grill/pit per area. <br /> <br /> (g) Other amenity approved by city. <br /> iii. Credit Against Common Open Space Requirement.
