MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGN GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS <br /> <br />Townhorne DwellingwA type of multi-family dwelling in which individual dwelling units are <br />attached by one or more vertical party walls, with the habitable spaces of different dwelling units <br />arranged on a side-by-side rather than a stacked configuration. Each individual townhome <br />dwelling unit has a front and rear access to the outside.
