Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09-04-073 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING EXCESS EQUIPMENT <br />WHEREAS, staff has conducted a review of the existing fleet of city vehicles and <br />equipment; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has determined that four(4) vehicles should be declared excess; and <br />WHEREAS, staff intends to sell the four (4) vehicles at auction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes declaration of the following four <br />(4) vehicles as excess equipment: <br />UNIT #354 V1N:2FAHP71 W85X130830 2005 ~ 119,042 MILEAGE <br />UNIT #35b VIN:2FAHP7IWXSX142798 2.005 94,892 MII,EAGE <br />UNIT #314 VIN:2FAFP71W52X133056 2002 81,568 MILEAGE <br />UNIT #044 VIN:2FAHP71 W24142468 .2004. 78,914 MILEAGE <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
